    With every product purchased a portion of that purchase is donated to the programs offered by Survivors for Change and Empowerment. That’s awesome, right? But, it does make exchanges, returns, and refunds a little tricky.


    Because of that, we do not process purchase refunds - Instead, we have provided the following exchange policies to accommodate, as many as possible, supporters in various situations. 


    Exchanges for Damage, Defective Products, or Incorrect Orders:


    If we make a mistake on your order or if the product you receive is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us right away and we will be happy to replace or exchange the item(s) for a period of up to 30 days from the shipment date.

     

  • We ship all across Canada as standard mail via Canada Post.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Most packages will arrive within 5-10 business days.

    We work really hard to ship orders within the given timeframes. 
    Please note, during peak seasons (ex: Christmas) please allow 6-8 weeks for arrival before contacting customer service. 
    We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. 

    CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

    We ship all our products standard mail via Canada Post which unfortunately can not be tracked once it leaves our facility. A tracking number or priority/expedited shipping may be arranged for the cost of shipping plus $5.00 flat rate for all parcels.
