A community based program in Nova Scotia offered by Carrie Low Training and Consulting providing services to victims and survivors of sexualized violence.

In addition to providing victim and survivor services and advocacy, Survivors for Change and Empowerment Founder Carrie Low is dedicated to raising awareness of failures within the legal system, and collaborating with victims, survivors, allies and lawmakers across Canada to improve the laws and legal system to improve victim rights for all.

My Voice, My Choice is an initiative created by Canadian victim-complainants, for Canadian victim-complainants, to amend Criminal Code section 486.4 so that no person is ever forced into silence due to an unwanted publication ban
In May 2023, for National Sexual Assault Awareness Month, members of 'My Voice, My Choice' including Co-Founder Carrie Low gathered in Ottawa, Ontario to meet with lawmakers to have their voices heard on the harmful effects on an unwanted publication ban.
